Final Book - Rebekah Mitchell

STORIES WITHIN
The inspiration for my project, Stories Within, came from my love of books. Often people look at books and only see torn covers and yellowing pages. But When I look at a book I see its potential story. I love walking into a library and thinking about all of the millions of stories hidden behind titles on book shelves. And those stories can have the potential to change our lives, break our hearts, heal our wounds, and allow us to go on adventures with beloved friends. We can connect with characters in books on deeper levels. They can truly become friends that we revisit as often as we want. We can learn values from these characters and their lives. A great book always makes me ponder for many days after about what I've learned and what the story means to me.
Taking pictures of these amazing books was a really great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed capturing their character. I loved looking at the details that they held. And more importantly I loved exploring their stories on the outside of their covers. There is so much more to a book than words on pages, and we all have the wonderful opportunity to explore the stories books hold within. Take advantage of those opportunities, I know I will.
